The room was very clean, included a nice kitchenette (useful for hunkering down during a snowstorm), walking distance to a natural foods grocery, and quiet. Storm clean up was quick and efficient. I'll make this a regular stop in Brookfield.

I've never stayed in a dumpy Marriott before, I don't recommend it. The property looks okay from the outside, but once inside visitors are assaulted with nasty smells, water damage to walls, broken and ancient heating/AC units, beds that feel like plywood, and really old appliances that make constant noise. The breakfast is worse than the worst gas station fare. The staff is very helpful and pleasant - a singular bright spot.
