Great staff, could use updates.

Overall fine but a bit disappointed in the condition of the room. Throw pillows, couch, floor, and chair stained and wood was chipped. From the sitting area, I noticed a lot of crumbs and dust beneath the fridge. Rest of the room was clean upon arrival. Staff was very friendly.

The room was freezing at 60 when we got in and the heater took forever to get going. There were rips in the front room curtains and the chair upholstery was ripped. Not up to par for a Marriott property in my mind.

The couch, chairs and carpet were all badly worn. The bathtub was very old and stained, the showerhead should have been replaced years ago and the tub surround had a smudged handprint on it. The bathroom was also missing a baseboard. Other guests kept propping open the outside security door so anyone could access the building. I reported this to the woman at the front desk and she said she'd take care of it. She did not. The item they used as a prop (a "Caution Wet Floor" sign) remained next to the door. There was no wastebasket in the bathroom. This was a two bedroom suite; there was only one wastebasket which was tucked away in what was described as a "full kitchen." Technically, perhaps it was a full kitchen but the stove and refrigerator were very cramped and ancient. This was not a bargain, either. I foolishly thought the high price predicted a very comfortable stay. I couldn't be more disappointed.
