Tervetuloa kauniille 5406 Tivoli -terassille Sandestin Golf and Beach Resortin sydämessä! Tässä yksikössä on modernit päivitykset, avoin pohjaratkaisu, upouudet huonekalut, laattalattiat koko alueella ja golfkärry vain muutamia mainitakseni! Rakastat tätä kotia niin paljon, että haluat palata takaisin vuosi toisensa jälkeen!

Kun astut ensimmäistä kertaa oven läpi, sinua odottaa lämmin ääni ja panoraamanäköala golfkentälle. Olohuoneessa on kaikki upouudet huonekalut, jotka saavat sinut tuntemaan olosi kotoisaksi rannalla! Suuri taulutelevisio- ja surround-äänijärjestelmä sopivat täydellisesti hellittämiseen rakkaitasi kanssa ja perhe-elokuvien katselemiseen vietetyn päivän jälkeen nautittuaan lahden valkoisesta hiekasta ja sinivihreästä vedestä! Olohuoneen vieressä on myös kuiva baari, joka on täydellinen viinin ystäville. Täysin varustettu viinijääkaapilla pitämään viiniä täydellisessä lämpötilassa nautinnon mahdollistamiseksi!

Suuntaa keittiöön, jossa kiviä ei jätetty kääntämättä laajojen remonttien aikana! Mukana pehmeästi suljettavat Thomasville Plaza -vaahterakaapit, graniitti työtasot ja vastaavat aamiaisbaarit, joissa on kolme istuinta, kauniisti kaakeloitu takaosa ja huippuluokan ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, ruokailet todellakin kulinaarisessa paratiisissa! Keittiö avautuu upeaan ruokasaliin, jossa on kahdeksan istuinta!

Tässä kodissa on myös kaksi master-sviittiä! Ensimmäinen näistä sijaitsee ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, ja siinä on uusi parisänky, vaatehuone ja ranskalaiset ovet, jotka johtavat ylimitoitettujen ulkoterassien katettuun osaan. Upea kylpyhuone sviitti on kauniisti sisustettu nykyaikaisimmilla kalusteilla ja sisältää meikki turhamaisuus. Nouseva suihku on luotu mestarillisesti kivilaatoilla ja kivilattialla, ja siinä on penkki ja ylimääräinen suihkupää, joka sopii täydellisesti pienten huuhteluun päivän jälkeen hiekassa!

Yläkerran makuuhuoneessa on myös uusi parisänky ja oma kylpyhuone. Lisäksi makuuhuoneen vieressä on melko nurkka, jossa on kolme suurta ikkunaa, joista on upeat näkymät järvelle ja uusi sohva, joten tuo kirja, jonka kanssa voi käpertyä ja rentoutua! Sohva on myös vuodesohva, joten tämä huone sopii erinomaisesti pienten lasten perheille, jotta voit pitää ne lähellä, kun he nukkuvat!

Kodin yläkerrassa on myös ylimääräinen vierashuone, jossa on kaksi queen-vuodetta ja oma kylpyhuone, joten tilaa on paljon koko perheelle! Kun olet alakerrassa kokkaamassa Floridan juhlaa, lapset voivat nauttia yläkerran parvella olevasta oleskelualueesta, joka sisältää videopelejä, lautapelejä, kirjoja ja paljon muuta!

Takapihalla on kääritty patio molemmilla katettuilla osilla lämmön voittamiseksi, mutta silti nauttimiseksi ulkona sekä peittämätön osa säteilyten saamiiksi ja runsaasti patiohuonekaluja kaikille! Tartu joitain pihvejä grilliin mukana toimitetulla propaanigrillillä, kun lapset leikkivät golfkentän nurmettuneella laitamilla, nauttien samalla kauniista näkymistä järvelle!

Tämä koti sisältää myös kahden auton autotalli, jossa talossa on nelipaikkainen golfkärry, jonka avulla voit nauttia lomastasi! Golfkärryllä olet alle viiden minuutin ajomatkan päässä rannalta ja alle kymmenen minuutin päässä Baytowne Wharfin kylistä ja Grand Boulevardista, jossa voit kokea hienoimmat ravintolat, kaupat, viihde, yökerhot, lasten aktiviteetit, ja iltaiset ilotulitteet kesällä!

Amazing stay!

Tivoli neighborhood was very close to ocean access the house was immaculate and you could tell it it’s been freshly remodeled. The location is close to anywhere you’d be interested in going whether it’s Destin Harbor or any of the malls and outlets.

This is our second year staying in this unit and we always feel so relaxed and like we're "at home during our stay. The decor is warm and inviting, clean environment and perfectly located within Sandestin.

Beautiful Home

We had a great time location, cleanliness and the home worked great for our family. The six person golf cart topped it off. High chair was a bonus! This home is on the ocean side of Route 98 really no need to go into town. We went to the Wharf several times. Platinum vacations leaves a nice map to get around and plenty of brochures for local entertainment and food and golf. We would definitely stay here again.

Home is right on the golf course where my guys played and loved. There are several golf courses.

Best stay yet!

This property is stunning! Every online photo was spot on. So clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. You can walk to the beach, but having the golf cart made the trip easier and a lot of fun. The property manager is extremely attentive and easy to contact. What else can I say…it was perfect!!

First timer Sandestin resort

Great space, amenities and location to the private beach! Golf cart was a blast for the kids and gives way accesses to beach and wharf. Lots of fun hunting lizards, frogs in the golf course and lush landscape for kiddos <6. Pack a jacket--living area gets cool to maintain temps in bedrooms. Plenty of space for 6 adults and kids/toddlers. Publix less than 5 mins away with easy access. Loved this location! Property is great with pool tots/floats and 5 chairs in the garage for use.

Great location, cleaning and management needs attention

Excellent location. Great access to the beach. Golf cart was very handy. Very disappointed with the poor pre-cleaning of our unit. Floors were filthy, cobwebs and dead bugs in windows, burnt on food on stovetop. Poor response from property management.

Nice stay

The house was great and clean it was everything we needed minus kitchen cooking supplies needed to have larger skillets and pots and oven pans more then a cookie sheet. It has enough plates and silverware to feed a small army but 2 little skillets makes it hard to cook anything large for 10 people. It didn’t have mixing bowls either. If you need a great house and eat out on your meals or bring in takeout it’s perfect.

Very nice overall. Too hot in the downstairs master bedroom.

The unit was very nice overall. The golf cart was even bigger than we thought. The house was very close to the beach as well. The only negative was the master bedroom AC. Just like the reviewer posted on 5-31-2021, the master bedroom downstairs does not cool down at all. The issue is still not fixed. It was so hot I had trouble sleeping at night. The rest of the house would get ice cold. Other than this issue, the house was wonderful.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Townhouse is in located in a gated community within the resort on the oceanside golf course. We had access to several pools, golf cart, fun activities and the beach. Overall 5406 Tivoli is a comfortable, spacious and quiet spot. We enjoyed the visit. I took off a star because upon arrival, the fridge was clean but smelled fishy. Maintenance came right away, but couldn't eliminate the odor. Maintenance also fixed shower and sink slow drains. Great service! The mattresses were zipped up in a plastic cover, which is understandable. But, they could use a thin mattress pad over that because it felt/sounded like sleeping on tissue paper. Also, sound from downstairs carries so much to the open upstairs. If you stay in this townhouse, be sure to bring extra blankets. Platinum Services was excellent overall in communicating and addressing our questions/concerns. We are completely satisfied with the service and will rent through Platinum Services again.

Our kids couldn't get enough of the water, and being able to zip back and forth without a hassle was fantastic.The condo itself is a dream. Spacious and beautifully decorated, it provided more than enough room for our big family. But what truly took our breath away was the large patio. Mornings were spent savoring coffee with the sunrise, while evenings were dedicated to family dinners under the stars. It became our favorite spot to gather and share stories of the day's adventures.Our stay was more than just a getaway; it felt like a home away from home. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival our teens were in heaven. Amazing layout for them to have the whole upstairs to themselves. So much privacy.The hime was clean and tidy. I will say the first morning we woke in the home there was a cockroach on the kitchen counter and on the kitchen floor. It is also worth mentioning that all four beds had sand in won't deter us trying to book here next year and hopefully was an isolated incident. The golf cart was a HUGE plus. So fun. We are also really close to the pool. It truly was a hands down AMAZING place to stay. The only reason I am not giving the best rating is due to the sand in the beds. That's one thing we want to feel clean when we stay somewhere.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We typically rent condos that are beachfront, so we weren’t sure what we’d think about not being able to see the ocean from our room. Upon arrival we felt like we were driving up to our own beach home. When we walked inside we were greeted with soft jazz music playing throughout the house everything was bright, clean & we instantly felt relaxed. We enjoyed morning cups of coffee on the patio looking out at the pond and golf course, & a few dinners as well. We’ve never had a golf cart while at the beach - having this was an extra plus and made our trip even MORE enjoyable. This has become our new favorite place to stay and will book it again!!!

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and the kitchen has everything you may need. We had lots of space and were not on top of each other. The golf cart is great to have inside sandestin.

Reviewer Comments: A collection of individual reviews of our family:1.Loved the first impressions of cleanliness, music and opened blinds (set the atmosphere for a welcoming and open invitation of serenity and relaxation was a huge bonus-added) complaints. Very beautiful and spacious place. Staff was responsive (to minor issues) and accommodated our needs in a timely manner. Very convenient to have use of the golf cart. Great restaurants and music at Baytown nearby. Nice appliances available allowed us to have great family breakfast every morning. Lots of TV channels available. The only other minor to note is the water gets cold fast when everyone is showering at the same time(as expected.)3. Nothing to complain about at all. All amenities met our needs and the large spacious home made everything exceedingly pleasant. I would choose this home again! The golf cart was definitely an added bonus and the atmosphere was definitely set with the relaxing music on surround sound upon entrance into the abode. Definitely a 5 star rating for me!4. No stone was left unturned when it comes to all the details and amenities this home offered, too many to name from the water toys, to the golf cart, to the well equipped kitchen and beautiful patio. Amazing vacay and a great time had by all! Even down to having the option of extending our stay with the gap night!!!! EXCEPTIONAL!!!
