Hotel as a whole was clean and well kept, although the decor was rather dated that gave you an ‘80s vibe (in a good way). Dinner buffet was nice and have a decent variety of dishes. The wear and tear is kind of showing throughout the establishment but it was nice overall. I was a little underwhelmed with the dinner buffet but the breakfast buffet was fantastic. I felt like I could’ve eaten something nicer down in the Yubataki area. Also the shower in the room barely had hot water. But the showers in the onsen area were perfect.

Great stay. I booked a room with open air bath and it came with the access to the executive lounge for afternoon snacks and drinks. Snacks, beers and wine. The snacks there was amazing. Coz I booked two consecutive nites, they gave us access to the exclusive public bath, less ppl and with more privacy. The room was so clean and the staff were excellent. I was impressed by a staff Jaing, she was so helpful and always so enthusiastic and ready to help all the time when I saw her at the reception - check in and check out and when she was working at the executive lounge. The cleaning team was doing an excellent job. All of these made my stay so wonderful.
