They have no door slow stopper anywhere and no sound proofing, so all bight and morning you hear every conversation in the hallway and room doors & staircase door constantly being slammed. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Wifi barely works. Never staying there again.

Requested room service and never received it on the first morning of our stay. Then told the front desk that we never received the service and that we needed towels. Never received the towels. On the day of check out, housekeeping entered the room while we were still sleeping. Obviously, didn’t need room service on the morning of check out.
