The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We had a two bedroom suite for 2 couples who have traveled together for 35 years and there was enough room for all of us. The rooms are pretty basic but the star of the show is the Everglades themselves. There is minimal closet space and storage but enough for our needs. There is no TV but you’re not here to watch TV. Go outside!

Room and hotel was spotless, very spacious room with everything you need even has a dishwasher. Nice pool even not heated which would have been a nice touch. Walking distance to a lovely restaurant and on the doorstep to airboat rides we did Captain Jack which was an amazing experience.

The room was ginormous which was great. It was clean. However I would have to say the hallways were noisy: in the rooms you could hear people talking that were in the hall, toilets flushing etc.. And the shower was disappointing in terms of water flow and hot water.
