Friendly staff. Good coffee. Breakfast was a tad tight compared to other hotel breakfasts, but not terrible. Room was very clean. No complaints. Was a little disappointed that the shuttle service only goes a 2.5 mile radius! Which doesn't really help as there is not much that close! Had to uber everywhere which was super expensive! Otherwise good hotel. Would stay again yes!

We have been staying here for several years on our travels to or through Nashville, this will be our last time staying. The rooms aren’t very clean anymore you can definitely hear the room next to you the staff are definitely not a friendly or helpful as they use to be. The breakfast is pitiful we didn’t even bother with it. And now they charge you $10 a day to park. Too many options around that area to waist our time on this one anymore since there is nothing to attract us to it.

The lady who checked us in was super friendly. The hotel was nice and clean. The handicap accessible room was so roomy. My son didn’t have any issues getting around. He absolutely loved watching all the airplanes take off from the airport. We had a pretty good view. We will definitely stay here again.
