Great location if you don’t need a large room.

The hotel was in a great location, right at Columbus Circle easy access to the subway in Central Park. The rooms are very small, but everything you need is in them, including a well stocked bar with snacks if you so choose to indulge. There is a bar downstairs which I didn’t go to, I believe there is food available for room service and at the bar.

Our room was tiny and our window looked into an inner courtyard. Upgrade options were expensive. I understand it’s Manhattan and most options are a shoebox, but this was very tight. Staff also wasn’t very pleasant upon check in.

We paid for an upgraded room that we did not receive. The staff were incredibly rude from the start and unhelpful. We asked for robes and towels to 4 different concierges before giving up. Not at all a “luxury hotel”. Would only stay here as a last resort. Do not recommend.

AC barely worked, if you wanted AC you couldn’t close the drapes! So I had light coming in a dawn…super small room! It was for double occupancy and it was very uncomfortable. The location is the only good thing!

Convenient hotel

The room was clean and comfortable. Decor and lighting are dark. Excellent desk staff. However, the photos of the rooftop terrace are misleading. The terrace is just a small deck with a limited view.
