Initial assigned room was a Queen Bdrm with the door by an open flight of stairs. Room had small window facing nowhere, no access to light. Poor mobile signal too. Requested Mngr an alternative. We were told hotel was sold out. Found wife brother got upgraded to suite. After complaint best offered was full bed with window and bad sheets.

the entire hotel was out of hot water, so we had to take freezing cold showers for our stay. When i asked about it, they just said to wait for it to come back on. It never came back on. They told me the manager who could help wasn’t working until Monday, so nothing was addressed. Beds were comfortable though and location is great.

Don’t be fooled by the photos. It felt like an old university/college apartment building— where walls are paper thin and dungy hallways. Room overlooked a brick wall… Tub flooded with water when you try taking a shower (poor drainage). Very underwhelmed. Nothing superior about a “superior king” room.

Kangling

The location is good, but the hotel is old, and the room is very small and outdated. The pictures on the website look way better than the actual ones. I was asking the house keep for a shower cap, she told me that I need to go to FD to request it. I won’t stay at this hotel in the future. It’s not 4 1/2 stars, more like 3 stars.

The hotel was nice, clean, good location. It seemed like only one person was working the front desk because we had to wait a while to check in. The only downside of our stay was that any time someone in the room next door used the bathroom it was really loud we could hear running water. Then someone decided to take a loooong shower at 2am that woke is up!
