The room had a continuous noise from the air circulation. It was very loud by at night when it was the only noise going on. It was imposible to sleep. Toilet dripping, safe on the brink, display missing a couple numbers, the “restaurant” was right there, with 2 doors that could open to the NY winter and the breakfast was a coffee and a pastry in a plastic bag. Probably all others in that area are as horrible, but next time I’ll try my luck elsewhere since I know how awful this one is.

After returning from a long day of travel from Europe, this hotel was exactly what I needed, an exceptionally clean, comfortable room with a large shower (if you have ever experienced European showers, you understand). The minute I arrived in front of the hotel, a wonderful gentleman named Junior, greeted me and help helped me with my excessive amount of luggage. I was then quickly checked in by a lovely women named Teri. After a very comfortable nights sleep, George Dallas, the airport driver, offered me a hot cup of coffee while I was waiting for the shuttle to depart. He then delivered me to the airport, safe and sound, and helped me with my luggage. If I could give this hotel a higher rating I would. I will be staying there on any future travels through JFK. Thank you and well done.
