The staff are great, courteous, and the room was pretty well kept. The floor, wooden, was a little dusty. I have three issues which I did mention to them: There was an additional $40+ dollar charge every night for wi-fi, $10 gift for goods purchased there, and something else... a complete rip off and which was never mentioned in the booking. Then, less of an issue but so annoying... there are no USB ports in the room I had to charge anything, which is doubly annoying for non-American visitors as American plug sockets tend to not be secure. And finally the AC in my room was hitting 89dB when running, that's like having a lawn mower in the room. Sleep was not my friend. It is a great hotel apart from that, and hopefully they will fix these things in the future. But I probably won't stay there again as for an extra $40 a night I can stay somewhere with quiet AC and USB ports.

The hotel was nice, staff was friendly, and the room was overall adequate for the price. It was also in walking distance from everything so that made it convenient. However, it’s near a fire station and a police station (I wasn’t aware when I booked this) and it is fairly noisy throughout the night and day with sirens/alarms. We also found a cockroach in our room (alive) and did not get our room cleaned on our 3rd day. Overall, wasn’t a horrible stay but not somewhere we would return.
