The bed is comfortable and the room is decent but the cleanliness is not as good. In fact, there was hair in the bathroom and in the sink. There was stuff on the bed between the sheets which made it clear that they did not clean the bed sheets. The floor had dust too. Overall the hotel is okay but the hygiene and cleanliness are way below average!

Room service was terrible the beds seats have holes looks very old and was very loose didn't hold on the mattress , we was sleeping in the uncover mattress with out covered with seats because was loose , and small. 4 days only 2 times Room service no Towles , no remove the Garbage, garbage all over the place , very expensive for this very poor service hotel. The building is beautiful in and out and very clean , great renovation and that was the only good thing about.

I got what I paid for. The room was halfway in the basement, meaning the window was high near the ceiling. Room was damp. There was no remote control in the room, and when they brought us a remote control, it didn't work. It only turns the TV on and off. Bed was uncomfortable...you can feel the metal springs on your back. I arrived around 6:00 pm and still had to wait for a room to be cleaned. Check in clerk was very aloof and indifferent.

The property and the room is very clean a lot of dining options and walkable distance. The only thing is the breakfast is only until 8:00 am

Good place with free parking

Staffs are great and accomodating. I just have some issue with towels provided in my room but they changed it right away. Free parking is the best specialy when you're attending event nearby, where parking is terrible in most places of NY
