Staypineapple NY is cozy and artful. The staff is helpful. I love that they offer robes and as many refills of filtered water as I like. It is very close to NY Penn Station, theater district, Hudson Yards and Midtown.

One of my favorite hotels in my city😊 for so many sentimental reasons. Have stayed here before and had a different room. This time my partner and I downgraded to a smaller room and it IS small not big enough in my opinion for 2 people to comfortably move around - however comfort, style and in room amenities were super cute

What a great hotel! I highly recommend it. I stayed here for 2 nights during a convention I was attending at the Javits center. It was very walkable to Penn Station and the Javits Convention center as well as many restaurants. Although the room was a little small, it was very well laid out, clean, and well organized. Very cute boutique hotel—would definitely stay here again!

Brilliant boutique hotel - perfect hidden gem

What a delightful stay! I hadn’t ever heard of the hotel so I was a teeny reluctant, but other reviews were good so I “went for it”. Excellent location: two blocks from Penn Station, 10 Minute walk to Times Square. Lots of coffee shops, bagel shops, restaurants of every variety right around it. The staff: so wonderful. Completely accommodating, kind, friendly. The rooms: spotless. Tiny but NO KIDDING! It’s NYC and I came here to see stuff and sleep. Not hang out in a hotel room. Although it was completely comfortable. They do this “European duvet” Thing on the bed. King size bed, two personal duvets….. I LOVE this. Can’t WAIT to come back. This IS where I’ll stay next time. Maybe I shouldn’t be so glowing - I don’t want to get “booked out” next time 💜😊

Read the fine print carefully before booking this hotel. They add a $34 per day "amenity fee" to the price listed on Expedia. To add insult to injury, some the amenities, like the free glass of wine or beer, are not even available, since the hotel has no bar. Housekeeping staff took 36 hours to correct a problem in my room. Location is great, but there are numerous other hotels in the area.

My birthday weekend. I lived on 35th fir 30 years and just moved to nj. First time at this hotel and loved it. Right in my neighborhood , visiting friends, restaurants sand bars. Had the best time. Kayla checked us in early and stored our luggage while we tooled around. The best time. Although the room is small we were fine and the bed is one of the most comfortable I've been. Will definitely be back

Overall very good

Very comfortable and clean. Everything is new. Short walk to Penn Sta/subways and Hudson Yards. Coffee machine in room. Comfy bed and comforters. And a good price. I would stay again.

My stay good and bad

The bed, towels, cleanness of the room is all good. The only 2 things are the hair dryer isn’t working, and the telephone for whatever reason keeps calling the front desk. I didn’t do anything and it would automatically call, but when I wanted to call the front desk, it was not calling. Since I stayed on the second floor it was rather noisy because it’s so close to the road and there garbage pickup in the middle of the night. Like 4am in the morning.

Was a great place to stay! Very clean and cool spot, and the comfort level was great! Dog friendly and good evening snacks for free! Towels were soft and big and shower was hot! Close to lots!
