Comfortable beds

We stayed in the terrace room- it was nice to have outside space- rare in Manhattan! But the outdoor furniture was not clean so we didn’t spend time sitting outside. Room itself is small but bed was super comfortable. The room showed wear and tear and could use minor repairs (shower leaking on the floor, etc.).

It was clean, nicely appointed and super convenient to both Herald Square and Port Authority MTA stations, as well as yummy Koreatown restaurants. The rooms are quite small (even for nyc!), and my bed took up most of the space. If I wasn’t alone I think it might’ve been a rough squeeze for two people! Helpful staff at reception and a nice perk of two free snack items from the only food option in the hotel (a small fridge adjacent to the lobby) as well as flat and still water for your reusable water bottle and coffee/tea in the mornings. Overall a nice spot, just very very small and short on the amenities. But if you’re good with that, not a bad place to be!

Great location and nice room. The bed was too soft for our liking and it surprised us that we had to pay a higher price than expected (30$). It was very nice that the staff surprised us with an anniversary present - champagne and chocolates!

Great hotel

It’s set up like a business hotel room in Japan. It’s compact, but if you’re just using it to sleep, it’s great. Bed was very comfortable. Standard bathroom. Staff was very friendly.

Walkable from Penn station. Convenient location. Room is really small but comfy. Deco is fun. There is no kettle provided. They only give one reusable water bottle per room which is not enough for 2 persons. We asked for another one but they said no. So our first night we had to keep going to the lobby to refill it even during the night. Room price is ok but the amenity charge of $29 per person is overkill for what you get. I would rather they charge only for what I use.
