I booked the room on-line. The a/c unit was terrible. VERY noisy. Had to shut it off. Had only fan which was loud but not miserable like the a/c unit. Breakfast was not included as advertised and not available until 6:20AM. Not happy!!!

We were not allowed a room. We came in after midnight from our flight-I specially told them we wouldn’t make it til the 2nd so the days got mixed up and we were denied a room and had to go find another one after two days on planes.

Parking is $15.99, if you’re going back late you will hardly find parking very inconvenient for the price. Amenities were okay, rooms are spacious. Staff during the day are friendly let us check in early.

Had a room for our three teenage kids so three beds - one sofa bed zero bedding was supplied first night - on second night no pillows as they said hotel was full - who offers zero pillows for a bed and charges you for the bed for three nights - poor service - overworked and clearly not able to serve properly

Good staff. Clean hotel. Shuttle is a nice touch ‐ $15.99 a day to leave your vehicle there as of 9.22 25. I dont like that they charge that for each night you're there with a booked room - in addotion to the time on your trip. Would book again, though

Dining room food was horrible and too expensive for the lack of quality and small portions. It took an exceptionally look time for the food to be brought to the table. The room was noisy all night long. Will never stay there again.

I think this property is as convenient as any if you want to stay close to Newark airport. They have a shuttle service which was nice and we left promptly at our 5:30 AM scheduled departure. Rooms are decent and comfortable. I have stayed at some very nice legitimate five star hotels, so I am a little tough on my grading curve. It is a great place to stay for a quick overnighter if you are flying out early in the morning.

The property looks like it just had or is going through an upgrade. The common areas look really nice. The rooms (we were in 2) were clean but lacked the attention to detail. The phone was old and broken, the lamp did not work, the day bed was so squeaky every move made loud noise. Overall it was clean and safe.
