Somewhat newly renovated, but still appears run down. Bed and linen had bad odour. Toilet flush did not work properly. Narrow spaces in car park. To my bad luck, a car full of young people parked right next to me and they appeared to stay in the car forever, with their car doors open. Finally i moved my car to a different spot, for some reason they fled the parking lot right after. Could smell weed. Noticed a scratch on my car in the morning. Area feels unsafe and desolate.

Great hotel and staff. Room was clean and spacious with a wonderful window view of the airport runway. While the hotel is surrounded by United staff parking lots, it's fairly quiet and the black out curtains work wonders! I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Will be going back!

I would overall rate it OK when we went into the room it had a funny smell plus we saw fruit flies. The only reason why I didn’t anything was cause my husband said it’s doable. Then Right above the Jacuzzi was a little hole like they needed to fix it, which made us not want to get in to it. We probably won’t stay here again.

Everything was nice about the place just the door knob of the bathroom was not working. As we were 5 people in the room it was inconvenient for all off us to ask and go to bath room. Other wise Everything was good

There is very little parking on site. We had to park our car on the street. Although we thought we looked carefully, this site charges $20/day for parking if you are going on a trip. The shuttle picking us up took well over 30 minutes to arrive and the front desk was a little snippy when we called after 25 minutes. Won't be going back.
