I was here to see Kelsea Ballerini at the Prudential Center. They have a skyway from the parking garage so you don’t have to walk outside on the street. My only complaint is that there is no complimentary breakfast, there is a Starbucks like kiosk in the lobby for breakfast. The food and tea were good just pricey.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Although we were on a main street you couldn’t hear any street noises. Also convenience to the Prudential Center was a bonus.

From parking to check in to the room, breakfast, etc everything and everyone was top notch. Very happy with my experience. I’ve stayed at other Marriott locations and this was decidedly my favorite one! Better than Boston!

Very close (actually connected through the hotel’s parking garage) to Prudential Center and within walking distance to some of our faves-Dunkin Donuts, Cornbread, Ellie’s Bistro and Romana’s Tapas!! The walkway connected to the hotel is a more safe option instead of outside in the slightly sketchy area. All in all, worth the price. Some of the beds probably need to be replaced though.

Fabulous personnel - front desk is helpful, friendly and insightful with recommendations. Clean overall, slightly worn appointments/decor. Some outlets were too worn to charge/use. Ambient noise as well as thin walls don't help for sound sleep. No bar/lounge, per online representation, and not great walking after hours. Nice enough, but not as represented.
