The property is dated, our bed was not comfortable, and the room was not what was advertised. We asked for a high floor and only got 3rd floor of 6. The only plus of this hotel is the excellent service we received from the staff. The property needs to be upgraded in the rooms. Also, add the possibility to connect to Netflix, etc in room TVs.

Dog-friendly AND clean, not a combo you find too often! Nice sitting areas in lobby. Room was updated, spacious with good lighting, beds very comfy. Pool and workout room were clean and well-equipped. Excellent location for an overnight visit to Niagara. Walking distance to park, restaurants, shops. Indoor parking deck is nearby but not attached. Breakfast was a little disappointing (bacon cold and rubbery) but they do offer it. Easy enough to skip that part though and grab a bite elsewhere! Overall, great place, would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect location for visiting Niagara Falls! We never moved the car from the parking garage. We walked everywhere. Rooms were spacious and clean, we had a view of the fireworks right from our window. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Staff is helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Walkable, very convenient to Niagara Falls , food, shopping. The major drawback parking opposite building not great and it was more public parking didnot feel safe and clean. The biggest drawback outside parking instay room service. They completely lacked empathy and didnot meet standards. I would gave terrible if not fir the wonderful staff in breakfast , bar and front office

This hotel was perfect for a quick trip to Niagara Falls. Within walking distance to a lot of the major attractions. The fireworks were a plus. The staff was friendly and helpful.
