The resort is nice, location great but the service in all areas except reception was incredibly slow. We waited around 50 mins for food and a drink at one stage. Just completely unacceptable. Nearly every time we ate the food was cold especially at breakfast and the pool area. The women's toilet in the pool area was absolutely disgusting. Only one toilet open and blocked with poo, completely unhygienic. Very disappointed and will definately NOT be returning.

Quiet safe area . Less shopping facilites and markets . Prices are fixed when shopping. Beach is walkable but would take a while . Shuttle available every hour . Very good breakfast . Don't like the squirrels coming down for food scraps . Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area is excellent .Rooms are very nice .clean but on the older side . If you want a more laid back style Nusa Dua is the place to be

I traveled with my two small children solo amd we had a great experience. We checked in late but the service remained exceptional. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The kids club was a plus as well. They also have a shuttle that will take you to the nearby beach.

Courtyard by Marriott in Nusa Dua was a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous area. The beach club was beautiful and the shopping area was really close and had a good variety of shops and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and everyone was always hustling around taking care of the guests. The complementary breakfast at Momo’s was delicious every morning with a great variety of different foods and beverages. The spa was awesome. Overall a really great place to stay, and also very kid friendly if you have little ones. We thoroughly enjoyed every bit of our stay here.

First time staying in Bali and loved this resort. We booked for the buffet breakfast during our stay and there were so many options available! Our son loved the pools and we found the staff to be very helpful. We would definitely consider staying here again.
