Nice facility and welcoming staff, I dont like that they try to get you to go to their meeting to try and sell you a tine share. The room was nice and clean but they dont let you kower the AC below 68 degrees and at night the main room was hot

We often stay at resorts and liked this one but didn’t love it. We didn’t love that the activities and pool closed so early and for this reason we would probably choose a different resort. When we got home from being out at parks or what not for the day. We couldn’t use the pool and there are no hot tubs.

Everything was fine until we got to our room, the building needed repairs on the crumbling siding and columns out front. Once we got to our door the door had been kicked in at some point because it was bent and would not close properly which allowed hot air come into the room all night long. The A/C is remotely controlled and will not allow you to lower below 68 degrees needless to say my wife and I tossed and turned all night sweating hot and woke up tired. I wouldn’t not recommend staying here, also pictures are deceiving the pools are way smaller and over crowded compared to the pictures so be forewarned. I also never really leave bad reviews unless I see it’s warranted, so there’s your warning!

The property is really large which makes everything spread out and not convenient to get to. It’s an older property and needs some updating. The couch was really uncomfortable and there was a noise coming from what we think was the fridge. Our neighbors were loud and we could hear them very clearly making breakfast and getting ready to leave. It’s an average stay and the little kitchenette is convenient if you’re staying with children. It was just me and my husband so we would probably not stay again because we didn’t need that amenity.
