I’ve stayed here 4 times and each time prior to this time the check in was flawless. This time check in was terrible. The wait time in line was over 30 min. When I finally got to the counter to check in, I tried to inform the lady checking me in they I had upgraded from a one Bdrm to a 2 Bdrm and she cut me off saying she had to go to the office because someone was in my reservation. I still tried to say yes probably updating my room but she walked off. She then came back and finished processing my check in and handed me the keys. I get to the room with my kids and it’s the one bedroom, so now I had to go back to the center and wait another 40 minutes. I was very displeased because I was in a bit of pain and needed to lay down asap. If she would have just listened to me and not cut me off this could have been prevented. Finally we get to the correct room and latter that evening it’s time for bed and sofa bed is broken. Maintenance came and had to replace the entire sofa the next day, I hope these issues never happen to me again. Overall the 2 Bdrms are spacious and accommodating. Even with these issues this trip, I would still book again only because if my PAST experiences: oh and the main pool Sells funnel cake fries which are delish!
