Hotel was clean. Staff were very active monitoring the property. Hotel had several pools and gym. Rooms was pretty big. Checking was smooth. I didnt like the food at the sports bar.

If you are taking advantage of the theme parks in the area and just need a place to sleep, this will do the job. The staff is friendly, there are several dining options, and the location is great (right across from Pointe Orlando). But there are a few knocks against this location. For starters, the laundry room on the floor we were staying on was very dirty with trash accumulating outside of the entrance. Our door was stuck, and it required us to use our shoulder to open it. That was not ideal. Overall, we had a solid stay here and it served its purpose (just sleep here). It is a dated hotel, with a friendly staff, and a fantastic location.
