Stayed here for a cheer competition

This is an older resort complex but has been upgraded and is well kept. Everything was nice and clean, and staff was friendly. The rooms are basic but clean with comfortable beds, a mini fridge and microwave. We stayed in building B, which is next to the interstate and it was a bit loud but we barely heard it with the door and curtains closed. It's located in a great area, minutes from lots of restaurants and activities as well as near the convention center.

Great value hotek

The he hotel is in a fantastic location on international drive with lots of places to eat/drink in walking distance. Itrolley stop outside so even easier to get to more restaurants, outlet malls an seaworld. Walmart only $5 away in a taxi. All staff at the hotel very helpful and friendly. Room serviced every day too.

Good location, not so good staff.

The place is in a good location, like 15 min away from universal or Disney world. However, when we did our check in, they never told us how the shuttle worked, wifi, or any information. In fact, the staff member CJ, was extremely rude and seemed annoyed that we did our reservation through hotels.com. Besides, I had to tell him multiple times that he was using my middle name as my last name. And still he didn’t change it. He was extremely rude. However, there was a security guy, who was super helpful and took us to our room.

The location is unbelievably excellent with all the bars and restaurants within walking distance. This place is a little middle class so you’re gonna deal with a lot of kids in the pool and a lot of noise. The prostitutes at the bar were kind of chunky but other than that it’s a really good bargain and you can’t beat the location with all the stuff that’s so close by

For the price it was reasonable. The beds were comfortable. The room was relatively clean but the carpet felt dirty on your feet. Since all units have access from the outdoors the street traffic is very loud. It was fine for a night stay after a late flight.

We had a room near the pool. It was very noisy all afternoon. That was not a problem. The noise continued until after 11 pm. That was a problem. Pool hours are until 10 pm. Management did nothing to quiet the people who were extremely loud. We called 3 times after 10 pm and no results.
