A very beautiful resort! Flawless and spacious room! Everything was on point! The only reason I will not return is because they charge you for EVERYTHING! Parking is $25 PER DAY and if you send packages to the hotel it's $14 per package. That's insane. But overall it's a 10/10.

The ladies did a great job cleaning the room, the shutter guys were very sweet, happy and polite. The front desk was so nice. The only thing was the restaurants weren’t with many options. A nice more formal restaurant in the property would be perfect but everything else was great. I definitely recommend this hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas! The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a long day. Everything was well maintained, and the resort had a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend for a comfortable Orlando getaway!

This resort blew our minds, I was honestly just looking forward to a Clean room and bed to sleep but everything about the villa was amazing, I still can’t believe we had an in unit washer and dryer and even kitchen, and the resort is next to so many places to eat and Disney springs as well. Will 100% be staying here again!

We hadn't stayed at this property in many years and decided to try it again for a quick trip to FL. The property was beautiful. Check in was quick and staff excellent. Our room was super clean and very well maintained. We loved staying here and area already planning to return.

Great room, great stay. Expansive property. We were in a building in Cascades and it was very well kept. Great access to 3 pools just a short walk from our building, but quiet on our deck when we wanted peace.

The villa was clean and was large. Staff was hospitable and replied fairly quick. The resort is large so if your villa is on the other end you have to request a shuttle if you didn’t rent a vehicle. If door dash food it can be a little tricky to get the food/groceries directly to you. Overall great service and great staff

Everything about the resort was nice. it’s a beautiful place and we really enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that the bed sheets or blanket had a mouldy smell. Even after taking a shower before bed, we could still notice the smell in the morning. After two days, housekeeping changed everything, but the smell was still there. Other than that, everything else was great!
