Katie from the front desk was wonderful. Super spacious hotel - perfect for a family of 4. So many pools to choose from. My kids loved the water slide: The check in process was about 30 minutes due to a long line but she was friendly and accommodating. We asked for a top floor and they gave us the first floor. She tried to change it but housekeeping said they couldn’t. The room above us on the top floor has been empty the last 6 nights.

Great for families. Property could use additional outdoor grill stations and there are no ice machines. However, activities and pools are all convenient. Loved how the pool stayed open until 11 for after park hot tub time. villas are comfortable and updated.

This is the fifth time we have stayed at the Sheraton Vistana Resort it never fails to impress. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent whether shopping or visiting Disney. I would recommend this resort.

Such a perfect place for our family’s Orlando vacation. Other than the hard sell for a time share upon check-in where I felt like a prisoner, once we escaped from that everything was perfect.

It was a great vacation place . Pool chair hog issue was terrible. Went to pool at 10 everyday for thirteen days. Towels on chairs and only 15 people in and around pool. Sad for people actually there!
