Check-in was extremely slow and disorganized. We waited over an hour, and due to staff carelessness, another guest was checked into my reservation. We were eventually moved to a different room, which was very frustrating. The room had a musty smell, the bedroom light didn’t work, and there is no elevator, only stairs. This made it very difficult and unsafe to carry large luggage, especially for families with children. Overall, poor management and not worth the price.
