It was a great room with a good set up for a hotel. What got under my skin was the fact that property fees werent figured in with the initial price and the fact you have to pay extra to get your rooms cleaned, if you have a 2 or 3 bedroom. I thought the whole idea of a hotel was to not have to worry about cleaning that the staff did it for you

check in was at 4- we did not get our room till 5. after begging for updates. The room has a great layout. no wet towel exchanges. Two bathing towels had makeup and black hair on them, did not use them. Also two bathrooms had hair on drain. WE had to clean it out. One toilet got clogged after 1 use. one lady in the reception was horrible could not even tell us what food we could get in the hotel, had an attitude, it was just not a good experience at all. Wish we had a refund to be honest.

We had a few issues during our stay at this hotel. First, we were charged an additional $300 security deposit, which we were told would be refunded upon check-out. However, we didn’t receive the refund until after we had checked out. Another issue was the cleaning fee. The resort charges $80 for a full cleaning and $15 for a “refresh” of the room. If I had known about these additional fees before booking, I wouldn’t have stayed at this hotel. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the television wasn’t showing live TV. We reported these issues to the front desk and the manager, but we didn’t receive a response. Finally, we were able to contact someone over the phone on our third try, and they sent a maintenance guy to fix the sink and TV. The worst issue we encountered was finding a dead cockroach in my wife’s bed. While I don’t mind cockroaches, my wife does, and I had to reassure her that it was dead and there was no more around. This incident and all the issues above ruined our trip.
