We stayed for the Flowrider. The general condition of the building is poor due to leaking windows and cheap materials being affected by the moisture. We stayed in 3b 3b. The space was excellent. We had no insects or mold in our room, but we did have dust.

Skip this place. We booked for the lazy river which was warm but not relaxing at all for adults (can’t avoid water pouring onto you frequently).. our pool in the terraces was so cold we couldn’t even get in it. The 1 bedroom villa didn’t have a full kitchen (had a mini fridge and mini 2 burner cooktop). No tub either. Small. Immediate dissatisfaction upon entering. Pretty facility though. Was clean. Wouldn’t stay again

The building was loud every morning at 6am sounded like a loading dock outside the window in building 2 N section. The water park closes so early. Also the layout is like a maze. Only 1 towel per person the whole stay. No extra towels to bath with or even dry up water on floor from leaking design of shower.
