THE COCA COLA VILLA, Vacation Rental Home Villa, brand new renovated, To Orlando Florida.

This Luxurious Vacation Home Villa and well appointed 5 bedrooms villa features : 1 master bedroom with a king bed with direct access to the pool; a second master with king bed with direct access to the pool. The third bedroom with queen bed with the third bathroom.
2 other bedrooms with 2 single beds in each.
All bedrooms have LED TV.

The screened in, private pool and spa fully fenced for more privacy and south facing.
Enjoy the spacious, covered lanai with many chaise loungers, table, chairs and outdoor fan. Preparing meals is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the family room with the 65 inch led tv.

There is a kitchen nook for casual meals and a formal dining room for entertaining. The laundry room has a brand new, top of the line full size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board.

The house was great and plenty of room. It was close enough to the parks, didn’t seem difficult to get to rope drops with just a little bit of planning. The only thing that was different from any other vacation rental was the lack of basic amenities. They started you with only one extra roll of TP for 6 people for 8 days. There were no baking basics (Salt, pepper, cooking spray, foil, etc). Also lacked shampoo and hand soap enough for the week) The rules seemed to be geared for unruly guests. This made it seem unwelcoming. I understand the strict rules, but made us feel unwelcome. We did have 2 cockroaches (seemed normal) and a rodent get into the pool, but the response from management was quick! Probably would look for another place with more basics if we stayed again, but for the price we were not too disappointed.

The property is well maintained and spacious. It was just like the pictures. The location was very close to Walt Disney World. Getting to and from Disney Parks was a breeze. The washer and dryer are larger and can accommodate decent sized loads. Pretty convenient to be able to return home with clean clothes. Overall we loved the location and enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is that the comforters did not appear to be cleaned from prior guest. While we were there we had an issue with smoke detector battery needing to be replaced. Called the number provided and it was replaced within a couple of minutes. Would definitely stay on our next trip to the parks.

Great house in a great location! Comfortable beds and furntiture, well stocked kitchen, big TVs with lots of channels, game room, nice pool, big yard, very clean. Perfect location very close to Disney, shopping, restuarants, easy access to interstate 4 for Seaworld and Universal. House exactly as shown in the pictures and listing. Instructions and communication from owner were good and very clear. We will look forward staying there again!

Our family has rented several houses over the years on our Disneyworld vacations and this one has by far been the best. The house is very clean and spacious! The beds are comfortable. The pool was amazing. The property owner was easy to communicate with. We definitely will try and book this house again for future stays if its available.

The house was clean and ready for us to check in upon arrival. The location of the house is wonderful. We were close to the parks and grocery stores. My teenager loved swimming in the pool after a long day in the parks. The only suggestion I would give is to replace the worn out sheets on the king bed.

The property was the right amount of space for our group. The amenties were also nice and we were glad we decided to heat the pool and spa. The main feedback I have is about the checkout time. The owner entered the property at 9:45am while last guest were waiting on their Uber. The host should adjust the time to 9:30 or 9:45 instead of saying before 10am.

The home was well decorated and about 15 min from the theme parks. The house smelled bad, the bathrooms are outdated specifically the tubs and showers the sheets were worn in some rooms and blankets in others. It needs some TLC in general. This is a good place for someone on a budget with lower expectations

We had an amazing stay. The home and experience were terrific from check in to check out. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, the bed were very comfy, and the pool was so great after long, sweaty days at the parks. I like to start my reviews by saying I am an experienced renter of Orlando vacation rentals. Everyone renting must know that homes are going to show wear and tear. That’s just a fact. That being said, location is excellent. Close to everything. Home was as described. Pool heat was overpriced as compared to last several rentals. Host was prompt in replying to my messages. The bests are good quality but firm. Sheets need to be replaced, they are worn. All in all, very spacious and comfortable.

Great house!

We stayed here for a week during my son’s tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. This house was perfect! Very quiet neighborhood & close to so many shopping & dining options. Only issue was the garage (game room area) gets hot due to no a/c or fan but jumping in the pool fixes that!!!

We had a wonderful week with family at all the parks. This property was perfect and situated in a nice quiet neighborhood close to all the parks, restaurants and shopping. The pool was fantastic for our relaxation days!! Our grandson enjoyed the games in the game room!!

We enjoyed our trip to Florida and the Coca-Cola villa. Rental home was clean and spacious. We were a group of 8 and we had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and beach towels. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was great for aching feet after a long day at the parks! The only issue we had was the pool light didnt work, but it was such a small insignificant issue. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous villa

Absolutely amazing villa, has everything you could need. Very clean and beautifully presented. Property was as listed. Five bedrooms was a plus as was four bathrooms for a multi-generational trip.We paid for the pool and spa to be heated; they were used multiple times a day!As with any vacation property, there are normal wall scuff marks but nothing that detracted from out stay.Close to Disney and Walmart. Overall quiet neighborhood.

Graduation Getaway

We brought our daughter to Universal, and this place was perfect! Such a bright, clean, and open space! After a long day at the park we loved the private pool and hot tub! Super comfy beds as well! Wal-Mart was around the corner for supplies, but the house came well supplied with essentials! Would definitely recommend!
