• Non-Functioning Bathroom Ventilation: The bathroom fan did not work, which is a significant issue for moisture control. Furthermore, there was no dedicated switch, suggesting it may be broken. • Window Condition: The windows in Room 522 were totally coated in a white film, completely obstructing the view outside. • Dated and Damaged Fixtures: The room was dated, with old shower and bathroom fixtures. The floors also felt noticeably uneven. • Unpleasant Odor: There was a persistent, noticeable, and "funny smell" throughout the hotel. Possibly mold due to bathroom fans not working to remove moisture. • Key Card Failure: The door card system was unreliable, working only occasionally, which caused frequent frustration and delays. Breakfast Service and Quality Issues Beyond basic breads, cereal, and other simple carbohydrates, and danishes. • Product Availability: The station had run out of yogurt. • Food Quality: The quality of the hot food was poor; the scrambled eggs tasted like boiled eggs. • Beverage Quality: The coffee from the cappuccino machine was unacceptably thick and syrupy.

I showed up early and asked if I could get there early check-in. I would understand is based on availability, however, we person at the counter showed a little to no interest in me and my request to check in early. Told me to sit to the side and they will get back to me and I was there for or nothing. Again, I understand if there isn’t availability back horrible attitude completely unnecessary.

It was fairly tidy but several areas marginally clean. The hotel had touted a remodel but it was poorly executed, especially the bath. The door barely opened past the commode, the door blocked the sink, we could not get hot water out of the shower or sink unless the hot water was running in the adjacent tub. The curtains had been cropped over the A/C unit and let in way too much light
