Beautiful hotel with a resort feel. Not close to train stations, but there is a shuttle provided to take you to Osaka station. I only took it once, but it appears to get packed from either end of the trip. The walk to/ from close stations is about 15-20 minutes. Grocery store Life is nearby as well as a Family Mart. There is a 7 11 in the hotel.

Overall the amenities, the room, the swimming facility are all wonderful and I would stay here again as long as I don't have to interact with your front desk staff, especially the Elite Checkin section. I am a platinum member of IHG and just because I did the reservation on Expedia, they stripped me of much of the value I had as a member. They only gave me a late checkout by extending from 11am to Noon. They didn't even check and recognize me as a Platinum member, no welcome drink, no points, no nothing. I admit it is my fault for doing the Expedia booking but in other locations, they made extra effort to make me feel welcome. I will totally come to Japan again and maybe try my luck at the other IHG hotels in Osaka but for this location I am not sure if I will come back.
