A good option for a layover trip.

One night on the way back from the Arctic. Easy to get shuttle from airport, but we were so late that no food was available except premade sandwiches. Even so, it was clean and comfortable. Beds a bit soft but room was large.

Double charged

The stay was lovely, but I was double charged. The hotel was prepaid, but they charged my visa after the stay - not happy! Frankly it’s been total frustration trying to have this resolved

The front desk staff are dishonest ! Gerald assured me that the mixup in my rooms were sorted out ! He told me that the room for the second night was complimentary since there was a mix up ! Then he leaves on vacation and leaves a note to the front desk to charge me for the second night ! I had to leave for my flight and the front desk girl assured me that she will not charge my card until Gerald was spoken to and a manager had called me ! When I left she turned around and charged my card ! Very dishonest and lying staff ! I would like a manager to call me to discuss this matter !

Staff very helpful and nice, it’s a plus to have a wonderful breakfast starting at 4am for a very early travel. They have luggage drop off. We arrived early and they expedited cleaning our room to check in. The hotel is super; clean, comfortable and cozy. We’ll definitely stay here again!
