VIP hotel? Was it the 25$ credit to spend.? No idea. Clean, quiet, close to all areas we wanted to visit. Nice to have a cafe on site. Shout out to the security man. He never stopped walking the grounds. We felt very safe, nice area.

We loved it! Came from MN in January, and the heated pool felt like bath water. We were upgraded to a Mountain View which was BEAUTIFUL. Tons of fun activities on property (game room, social hour, BINGO, etc.), which made it super fun. Had no issues with finding spots at the pool, and they let you stay late if your flight is in the evening. Would recommend!

Very spacious studio style room with separate bedroom and bathroom. Suitable for our 3 adult booking. Heated pool and hot tub area very relaxing. Easy 12-15 min drive to downtown Palm Springs and 5 mins to good restaurants in Cathedral City.

Beautiful grounds, spacious 1 bedroom suite, warm swimming pools and large hot tub. Gym has basic equipment but met my needs. Had fun playing ping pong and pool. Common areas clean. Housekeeping could be more frequent and be more thorough as we paid quite a bit to stay at this vacation club. In room coffee machines with paper filters should be replaced (didn't know they still made them!). Plain furniture and comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Most staff friendly and seemed to like working there. Shout out to Sean and Brenda!!! Need a car as nothing closeby. I would return if price reasonable.
