I don't like the fact people staying in Tower 1&2 can't utilize the pool/amenities in tower 3. They made me park in tower 3, I should be able to use the pool. Towers 1&2 pools get crowded and tower 3 pool is a lot bigger and not near as crowded. I will not be staying here my next trip to Panama city beach.

Great view

Overall a decent stay. The condo has a nice kitchen… but it is not very well supplied with utensils, or cooking pots/pans. Example… the condo sleeps 6 but theres only forks for four. Yes, inconvenient. Nice open space for the dining area and living room but again, for the amount of people it’s supposed to accommodate the seating is not adequate in my opinion. Two chairs and an uncomfortable couch. So, seating for five. Yes, you can use the kitchen table chairs but again not comfortable. There are two closets with a total of three hangers! The carpet is very worn, thin and stained… needs to be replaced. For what we paid, I think the owners could put a little bit more thought into accommodating their renters… I love the view and the condo it’s self… would like to go back however, the lack of “the small things” is lacking in my opinion.

Good potential

This condo has good potential due to the location (top floor, corner unit). It has great views off the balcony. However, it needs a lot of attention to the furniture and extras in the condo. The couch was ripped and had large stains on it. One of the sitting chairs in the living room had a leg completely broken off. The entertainment center in the living room was completely broken. We advised of the broken furniture as soon as we checked in and were told someone would come address it but never heard anything else. There was very minimal silverware…I think 5 forks total. The beds and pillows were not comfortable Other than that it was a great stay. If you aren’t looking for the prettiest or most up to date condo this a great one to stay at due to location and ease of checking in.

Beautiful view

The condo view and location were amazing. The condo was clean however the furniture needs help. The couch was dirty and torn. We used the spare blanket to cover it. The legs on the chair in the living room were broken. The toilet seat was hanging off (Vacasa did come fix that). The decorative finial fell off the headboard. Management company needs to tell the owner that items MUST be replaced.

Excellent Resort and Location, Condo Neglected

Awesome location and amazing views from the 23rd floor wrap around balcony. Doesn't get much better! Unfortunately the condo is neglected and needs attention. The furniture is ragged. Condo smelled musty when we arrived, then the master bathroom smelled like weed. Carpet is filthy.

Great location but needs some updating

Great location near Pier Park. Owner needs to replace the carpet and fix the dryer. Dryer doesn’t dry clothes very well. Need more towels as well…especially for only 3 night stay. TV in master bedroom only has cable, and all I could watch was some guy trying to sell Generac generators. View is amazing. Elevator went out of service…so I heard. Owner could have had a few more amenities such as soap or body wash…felt more like a hotel in that sense.

Very Nice Unit

Unit was very nice, clean and with beautiful view on corner!! Was missing a dustpan in the unit, and needed a couple more chairs on the balcony . With 4 adults staying in our unit it only had two chairs on the balcony. Guest bedroom needs new mattresses ( our guests complained they were very hard and uncomfortable) . Bug guys came right on in our unit while we were there but we spoke to the ones over our property and they were very nice about it, and assured us that would not happen again and should not have happened at all without notification first. These are very minor complaints though because the unit was otherwise absolutely fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break Madness

This property was clean, has an outstanding view and was a quiet escape above the Spring Break craziness. Parking procedure was very clumsy and frustrating with little help from the management, giving conflicting information and complicating the check in process.

nice condo, great location

Overall the condo is nice. The elevators are extremely slow and at busy times there would be at least a half hour wait. We had friends staying in building 3 while we were in building 1 and you can’t use pool in building 3 if you aren’t staying there, which is silly. Luckily they had extra bracelets so we could hang out with them at their pool. Can’t beat the location so it’s worth a few minor drawbacks for that.

Worst EVER!!

We will NEVER stay here again. Our check in time was at 4:00. We had to stand in hot hall outside because it took cleaning crew to 6:00 to have it done. We had 6 with us, so we needed both beds and pull out couch. We pulled couch out and it was soaked in pee. So the first next some of our party had to sleep in the nasty floor!!! It took me over 2 hours to get in touch with someone. The next morning they finally called me back. Luckily they refunded us $200 and came and cleaned the couch, but still didn’t make up for the fact some of us had to sleep in nasty floor and had to spend several hours of our trip waiting for the cleaning crew who didn’t do their job anyway. We will not be back!!!

Expected better

When we arrived the room was not ready. Cleaning people were still there. 4:30 pm. It was not cleaned like other places we have stayed in the past. Still sand in the floor. We did not have Internet or TV the first day n a half we stayed. We contacted the manager and they sent a technician to the room that was better suited for microwave installation instead of TV and Internet. It seemed the family before us had stolen the HDMI cords from the TVs so I just asked the tech to drop some off and I would take care of the repairs. He did. We were told we would receive a refund for the first day but that did not happen. Instead of receiving the $335 we were promised we received a discount of $113. We have used VRBO several times in the past as your records will show. This experience may change that.
