The room was very good and clean. My youngest grandson loved the kiddy section for him to play in. The biggest problem right now was that there is road construction going on and so you have to be sure to pay extra attention to the roads, but we didn’t hear any noises from that.

I hope that reservation has been canceled and I have been refunded at that area in the last four days has been three shootings or one night a whole lotta issues with people, spring breakers and one guy shooting in the air just to get people‘s attention. This is America. I personally had to take it on myself to move me somewhere else to be safe for me and my wife, it cost me more money to go to the next site, but I had to move because of the safety issue. I need some sort of response telling me it’s been canceled. I’ve got my refund And then y’all need to pay attention to sites with issues.

Before getting to the room we received a call from manager saying there was a noise complaint coming from a room on our hall. I explained to them we weren’t in our room over 5 minutes to be accused of a noise complaint. Upon going to bathroom the toilet was dirty …. And there was red weave in the tub. I called and was told I was not able to move because the hotel was sold out . I then pulled the cover back and ear wax was on the sheets . I called again and was told to leave a review so someone could assist me because no manager was on duty and someone would follow up via email. I had to strip the bed and use blanks I brought from home . I have pictures of all the incidents I named. This is by far the worst experience ever!!!!
