This place seems like a scam. With just about any hotel you go to these days a bottle or two of water is waiting for you in your room. No such luck with this hotel. You have to pay for an over priced glass bottle of evian. Everything is controlled with a tablet in the room. I guess that's convenient but what is extremely inconvenient is the fact that my temperature control does absolutely nothing. I have been down to the front desk twice and called once. They don't seem to believe me that my room is freezing. They say their graph shows that it is 23° •. If it was that hot, I would be sweating. I stand up on the chair and fill the vents and it is nothing but cold air pouring out of the vents. So maybe the air conditioning works great but don't plan on any heat. They brought me extra blankets. How lame is that?. And they offered free tea. l asked for a portable heater, but they say they don't have any. And they do not have any extra rooms available allegedly. Why not have someone come and fix the heat? Or find a breaker switch that maybe needs flipped? So they will offer a small discount, but guess what? They credited a refund and then charged it right back. This place is a scam

Very nice place close to the airport. No crowds, very friendly staff and the food was super good! The rooms are not big but perfect if you are only there to sleep but lots of space on the main floor to work, read, etc.

I've always liked CitizenM at CDG airport. This was my third time there in three years. It's a high tech hotel with friendly staff and 5 minutes walk from terminal 3. Easy access to the airport as well as the trains that go to Paris. Rooms are a bit small compared to other hotels, but it does not feel small because it has the perfect layout and amenities. You have a tablet and the room to control the lighting the moods as well as the blinds and the TV. You can check in and check out using the app, and the free internet connection at the hotel is pretty fast good enough for streaming and working. My only issue is that it seems like everything has become more expensive at the hotel in particular like the room rate and the breakfast but I guess this inflation has happened generally in Europe and all over the world.

Having to type ourselves into the check in was not our preference. Touching a public screen is not cool. We enjoyed the room. The bed was awesome- lighting nice and dark. The food was terrible. Specifically, the pulled chicken dish seemed like it was warmed from pre- made in a microwave. Very soggy with way too much sauce. The mushiness of the chicken, the broccoli and the potatoes made me gag. My husband's pizza was soft. It did not seem baked, but rather microwaved. The staff were reduced to unnecesssry pieces of furniture- there but not helpful. Self serve with a staff member watching confused tired travellers trying to sort out how to get food was so disappointing. This model conveys disregard for the traveller, for staff who could be more productive and for quality. So unwelcome in terms of a good travel hotel experience. I weed like never stay at a CitizenM again

Early flight hotel

It's a good place to stay if you're catching a flight before noon. It's an easy walk to terminal 3 (the airport rail takes you to the other terminals) . Small rooms but it's all you need . We had an included breakfast but I didn't think it was that good but that's only my opinion . We've stayed there twice now
