What a great find! We frequently stay near the airport and have always stayed at a different hotel. We selected this hotel because the price happened to be better for the day we needed. Now this will be our hotel of choice. The ambiance and downstairs area is what makes this hotel. It feels like a place you want to hangout not just a lobby. There are work areas, socializing areas, and a bar/restaurant with food and drinks you actually want to have (unlike many hotels). The rooms are a little tight for two people but have everything you need. Comfortable beds, super clean, nice size showers. We felt so much more relaxed and comfortable at this citizenM than we have at the other hotel near the airport. It was a nice last night before a long journey.

We're shocked and disappointed by the complete lack of service from Citizen M Paris CDG Hotel. Despite our repeated attempts to contact them, they've ignored our calls and messages. As a result, we were left in the dark about how to get to the hotel from CDG terminal 2, and we ended up spending the night at the terminal. The Hotel.com chatbot was equally unhelpful. It's unacceptable that we're paying for a service that's not providing any support or assistance. We demand better from the hotel and Hotel.com.

Room with king bed would ONLY work for one person since it takes up entire room. No area for luggage. “Restaurant “ is mainly heated up frozen pizza. This pod concept is not good for travelers looking for a quick stay until their flight is rebooked.

The hotel is clean. The staff are helpful and the room is quiet. This is a concept hotel and it is fun. The bed is awkward in that the person next to the window has to crawl in and out as there is only access from one side. The cover on the bed is not wide enough for two people to sleep comfortably as it is like a queen size on a king bed. Amenities are adequate for an enjoyable stay
