Staff was great. Floor was disgusting. I went to the front desk at almost midnight and got a mop and spray and cleaned all the floors in the room. I have pics of how dirty it was

I would rate it an absolute disgusting place. There looked to be dry vomit on the refrigerator. I had driven 13 hours got in late was exhausted. It was too late for me to go driving around where I wasn’t familiar with the area at all. The sheets and pillow smelled like an ashtray and when I woke up I could there were holes through the curtains. Disgusting hairs in the bathroom sink and shower. I felt so sick and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel EVER! Disgusting and gross, horrible service when I checked in. This would be a HARD DISGUSTING 0. Whoever thinks they’re doing a good job managing this place fire them seriously. I can’t even imagine who is rating this even one star 0 this hotels needs a full blown re-do and a restructuring of staff. The gal came out with headphones on her head and was rude. Definitely NOT doing her job. There was the supposedly cooktop totally damaged rusted and old probably never worked. I’m so disgusted I have pictures. Should not be even a recommendation for Expedia.

The hotel was good for the price. The front desk was helpful. The only thing was the condition of the room was outdated. The fridge had rust on the outside, one of the drawers on the TV stand was broken, and the fan in the bathroom was very loud. But those just show the age of the building; nothing that made it a bad stay.

Only needed a room to grab a few hours of sleep for a long road trip: didn’t get any. The TV didn’t work. The A/C wasn't working properly, so it was warm and muggy. There was no ice machine. Was told bc it was extended stay, ice cube trays were present. No ice cube trays anywhere. Steam cleaning floors at 7:30 am. Harassed by front desk on 4 separate occasions at the door asking about checking out - started at 8 am and continued until 10:30 am. I should've saved the $63 and slept in my car!
