Ac didnt work- room was freezing heat didnt work- beds were cardboard feeling- sand all over the sheets- shower was from the 19th century- no hot water. If u want quiet this isnt it nor comfort- use a window to get your keys if dark. Ghetto as can be

The room was dirty, shower was dirty, sheets were dirty and the room smelled like Bo and smoke and the water didn’t work! They changed my room and it wasn’t much better! No hot water to take a shower! Hotels. Com should take them off your advertisement!

The staff was Awesome. The bed in our first room was horrible, lumpy. Bed second night was better. When we moved the furniture to fund something it was absolutely filthy plastic silverware, money, lots of dirt under both the bed and furniture. The sunk was falling off the wall and the shelf above it ripped out from the to wall. This was a handicap room. No way would someone in a. Wheelchair have been comfortable in that room. They need a shelo they can reach and it needs to be secured to the wall. They used non stainless screws in the shower that gave rusted and it looks like filth on the walls. They moved us to another room, just cleaned and ready to go. Closed the bathroom door and there was crap all behind it in the floor. Shorted towels and all around yucky. Only thing good was the staff and the price. Makes you feel like you're being punished for not being rich.

The room was scary horrible. It was dirty and smelled like an ashtray. The cigarette smoke was so strong and the bed was so worn out that I did not even take off my clothes and just slept on top of the sheets, then put my clothes in a plastic bag in the morning because they reeked of smoke. I did not even shower because of the conditions. And the noise carries between rooms so get some of the earplugs at the front desk. If there would have been an alternative I would have left, but the area was sold out due to a large event. Beware of this sketchy place. Very ghetto.

Motel 6 in youngtown has the best staff

This place has by far been the best hotel we have stayed at. The staff has went above and beyond to be kind and accommodating to my family and I. The hotel is very comfortable and clean and i am very happy with motel 6
