The toilet wasn't working and I had to call multiple times to get it sorted, I ended up having to fix it. Woke up to no light in my room, had to get ready for the day with my phone light. The food was nothing special. All the resturants were booked and I was only offered one.

We came in thinking this resort would be another all-inclusive with watered-down drinks and buffet-style dining… but wow, were we wrong! From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations. The service was incredible — our butler, Gilberto, went above and beyond all week. If you get the chance, ask for him! You won’t regret it. There were plenty of activities throughout the day, and we loved that you don’t even need to leave the resort to stay entertained. The gym and fitness classes were a big plus for us too. My mom, who’s 60, said it was the best trip of her life — she was thrilled with the variety and quality of the food and cuisines offered. Overall, this resort offers the perfect balance: fun nightlife, relaxation during the day, and exceptional service all around. Highly recommend! 🌴✨ And if you’re like us — the kind who can’t stop dancing and having fun — ask for Maria Rosa! She’ll make sure you have an unforgettable time! 💃🎶

This was an amazingly experienced. We booked a regular room (not level) but upon arrival at check in we were greeted and informed that we've been upgraded to the level status because we booked through expedia. From that moment on the experience superseded my expectations. We were assigned 2 amazing gentlemen as concierge Jorge and Maxwell. They were attentive and there to see to all our needs. During this vacation i literally never lifted a finger to do anything for myself. The food was amazing at the restaurants and as level the drinks were premium and strong. All top shelf spirits such as grey goose patron and Hennessy! They property is absolutely beautiful and pristine. It is an environment dedicated to relaxation so the loud pool music and activities you won't get here but i totally enjoyed the quiet and the swim up har was the absolute best! The bartenders were amazing friendly and engaging! The room was of premium quality with awesome bedding and a furnished spacious balcony and fully stocked mini bar. The room was immaculately clean and modern and housekeeping was was there daily! Ive read some bad reviews about this resort and almost canceled this booking out of fear of disappointment but im glad i didnt. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at any resort on island that I've traveled to. Melia is now my go to resort on any trip i take in rhe future if available. We stayed at Melia Punta Cana Beach resort in October. Despite the unsettled weather due to Storm Melissa we had a very relaxing break which was our main aim due to a difficult year. The resort is beautiful, well laid out with such lovely areas where you can chill and relax. The main pool is huge and the swim up bar is perfect. We stayed in the Level rooms which I do think were worth the additional cost as we received amazing service for drinks at the pool and on the beach, and access to a lovely roof top bar for cocktails. We also preferred the restaurant Quimera which is only available to level guests. The Spa is beautiful and received a free 30 minute massage which we paid a small additional cost to have a 50 minute massage which was perfect. However the main thing that made our holiday so perfect were the staff. As a Level guest we were provided with a concierge who is on hand to make restaurant reservations and assist with any requests you may have throughout your stay. To be honest this service isn’t something we necessarily felt we would need but then we met Maxwell who was so wonderful, always cheerful and such a pleasure to meet. Maxwell gauged perfectly how much assistance we needed and we did not feel he intruded on our holiday but was there if we needed him. Thank you Maxwell for everything, you absolutely made our stay amazing. The staff are all so friendly but Yocira was just incredible and greeted us with her gorgeous smile and made us feel so special.

The property was beautiful and very quiet with excellent staff and food variety. We didn't get to use most of the facilities as I unfortunately was un-well but Luis (the level concierge) is a true asset. He reached out constantly to find out how I was doing and to encourage participation in the things i could participate in. Hurricane Melissa was in the vicinity but that couldn't take away from the experience....1000% would recommend. Will for sure try to go back for another visit.

Rebeca was our concierge attendant and she made our entire stay the best ever. We didn’t even need to Level up due to her amazing concierge services. We ate like kings and queens, we could do as much or as little as we want. The pace around the resort is very relaxed, but always entertainment is available. The nightly shows are top notch. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This hotel is all and even more of what you can expect to spend a wonderful vacation. My room was meticulously cleaned, amenities all day long,the staff had great skills and professionalism in their duties. My Consierge Jenfry definitely a jewel, he helped me and checked on me all the time. He’s an outstanding professional and I will recommend him anytime.

Our stay was wonderful all thanks to Miss Rebeca Sanchez! She was very helpful in accommodating to our needs she’s a very kind person I wish to bring her back with us. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable vacation here. The staff were amazing — everyone was friendly, attentive, and always smiling. A special shout-out to our concierge team, Jorge and Maxuelle. They truly went above and beyond and made everything easy and stress-free for our group of six. Our room was very clean and well-maintained with daily housekeeping. The décor is a little dated, but it had everything we needed and the minibar was restocked each day. One small issue with the ceiling fan and a bedframe was addressed, and overall the room was comfortable. The AC went out one night due to storm damage, but it was repaired right away. The beach is absolutely gorgeous — soft white sand, clear water, no rocks. The pool area is beautiful as well, especially when it’s all lit up at night. Food overall was good, especially the fruit and seafood. We found the buffets better than some of the à la carte restaurants. Yumay was excellent! We do wish more bars offered wellness-style drinks like smoothies and fresh juices to match the resort’s wellness theme. The spa was our favourite — skilled massage therapists and a great hydrotherapy circuit that we used multiple times. Lots of daily activities and fun evening entertainment, including themed shows and even water acrobatics. We booked The Level, and it was definitely worth the upgrade. The concierge service alone made it worthwhile. There were some flooding due to the storm Melissa, but staff acted quickly! We would come back here!

am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Meliá Wellness Punta Cana. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards expected from a property under the Meliá brand. While the rainy and stormy weather during our stay was beyond anyone’s control, what truly impacted our experience was the lack of transparency and poor service we encountered throughout our stay. We were repeatedly misled and directed to shops or services we had not requested, seemingly for the hotel to gain commissions. This left a negative impression and made us feel more like a target for upselling than valued guests. That said, I would like to sincerely commend Rebecca from Guest Services, who was the only professional and genuinely helpful person on your staff. She immediately noticed our dissatisfaction and went above and beyond to make things right. Her empathy, efficiency and sense of responsibility stood out in contrast to the rest of the team.
