Our room had air conditioner parts all over the floor. Marilyn (reception) was very dismissive about it. Also bathroom counter had dirt on it that I cleaned up. Tub had many areas of mold on it. I do have photos. I asked for a different room but was told nothing was available. I asked for a refund and she said she couldn’t. This all took a lot of time as the reception line took 1/2 hour each time. I told her I would escalate the issue, then we went for dinner. Someone entered our room and put the parts back together. Do not recommend this hotel.

Pool is disgusting Room with a hot tub is poorly designed...the whole room fills with humidity 2 shower heads...water splashes everywhere... Matresses are ok but wau too firm Pillows are not comfortable... Breakfast was OK Staff outside of main desk doesn't know what smiling is.... Won't go back

Clean rooms but the bathroom needs major repairs: water damage on ceiling, paint peeling off the walls, bathtub wall busted. Only the next day, we noticed a family room with shelves full of board games. Next time.

Très belle hôtel, toute rénovée! Très propre! Le seul point négatif est que la personne en service de nuit à 7;30 h, était assit sur le comptoir dans un coin et lors de la facturation, il ne savait plus trop quoi faire… au lieu de demander de l’aide ma dit d’attendre la réceptionniste de jour!

THis motel is strategically located, plenty of parking space, close to restaurants and other forms of business, and its not close to highway, hence, very quite. We don't hear the traffic. The continental breakfast was ok to start your day and everything was fresh, good to start you day.

Une place à éviter à tout prix!!

À l'arrivée, il n'y a personne. J'ai attendu 3-4 minutes, suis allée à la toilette et revenue à une réception déserte! J'ai dû chercher pour trouver la personne de l'accueil. Lors de ma réservation, le site indiquait que la piscine était ouverte et fonctionnelle, comme au moment de me présenter à l'hôtel. À l'enregistrement, après avoir montré ma carte de crédit et signé la feuille de règlements, je constate une feuille collée au comptoir indiquant l'horaire de la piscine qui indique ''fermée pour la journée''! La piscine était LA raison de notre choix. La dame à la réception me dit que c'est dû au fait qu'ils n'ont pas de sauveteur en service et que c'est comme ça dans TOUS les Wyndham! Je voyage beaucoup dans les hôtels et je sais que c'est faux ce qu'elle affirme. Je l'avise immédiatement que je veux annuler ma réservation puisqu' ils ne sont pas en mesure de respecter celle-ci! Elle téléphone à son supérieur, qui lui dit de m'informer qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire cette journée-là, car elle n'était pas à l'hôtel, et de lui parler le lendemain au moment de quitter! J'ai refusé et contacté Hotels.com qui m'a donné raison et qui a tenté de raisonner avec l'hôtel et de m'émettre un remboursement, mais en vain. Hotels.com m'a ensuite encouragé à faire une plainte à Visa, ce que j'ai fait. J'ai envoyé un message à l'hôtel sans retour à ce jour! Merci à Shakti de Hotels.com pour son excellent service!! Allez au Château Roberval pas trop loin, le service est excellent!!

The sink instaed of being in the bathroom was in the room, at entrance on the right behind a small wall. The draining of the sink was not woring properly The head of the shower was blocked with calcium, the shower was not a shower, it was like water spreading everywhere
