Initially checking in to the hotel, we were greeted kindly, and the room seemed great. After we put our bags down, we quickly became frustrated with the lack of service and the air conditioning system. The front office reception was not helpful. It did seem as if they were short staffed. We needed 1 pillow and couldn’t get one the whole time we were there bc they were out of pillows. The hotel halls smelled awful. The rooms weren’t serviced even though we requested service. We had to go to reception to get clean towels bc the ones in our room were stained. Overall, I was disappointed in this property.

Good stay

Very close, 2 minute drive to Carowinds amusement park. Outdoor pool, full size refrigerator, 2 burner electric stove, dishes, dishwasher, toaster and coffee pot. They also serve breakfast Monday thru Friday 6:30am to 9:30am, and weekends 7am to 10am. Also free guest laundry and fitness room. They also sell snacks and other small things at the front desk. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent place to stay the night. Friendly staff! The only free streaming service is Max, you have to sign in on your own Netflix and Amazon. YouTube available as well. Always love breakfast.

Traveling with my husband and 2 large dogs. We rented the 1 bedroom suite. Loved it. Gave us room to spread out and not be on top of each other. After 12 hours in the car it was great. Will definitely stay again next year when we head back to the keys!!

A bummer of an experience from a Marriott property. We stayed on floor 0 which was below the first floor. The smell fried food lingered in the hallway for our entire stay. Our room did not smell fresh or clean either. Breakfast was hit or miss some food was okay.
