The staff at this place are incredible. If you have any issues they will resolve it in matter of minutes. You have to do the trip to Fansipan as if you stay there you get a free upgrade to VIP and fast track. Take advantage of this as it will make the trip that much more convenient. One of the best places I’ve stayed and would recommend every time asked.

Hôtel de la Coupole - MGallery in Sapa is easily one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment you step inside, you’re transported to a world of elegance—the decor is absolutely stunning, blending French luxury with the charm of the Vietnamese highlands. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, making the entire experience feel truly special. The service is exceptional. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect, always attentive and willing to assist with anything you need. They even escort you wherever you need to go, adding an extra touch of luxury and care. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown Sapa, making it incredibly easy to explore the town on foot. I highly, highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa. Beautiful hotel in the middle of the city . Perfect location to explore . Food was wonderful as well. The Breakfast was amazing that is provided. Rooms very comfortable but ours was tad noisy. Not sure what you could do about that? Pickelball courts across street that were public and street noise. We also used the spa which was outstanding . We all loved SAPA. The hotel was icing on the cake. Staff top notch as well .

Hotel is gorgeous. A bit overdone by the design, but I guess that was the whole point… Wish rooms had a desk, unfortunately, no desk, so it was not possible for me to work on my computer. Doing it in bed, not so comfortable… Swimming pool is gorgeous. Food at the restaurant was VERY disappointing; ordered many dishes for dinner, spent 3 million Dong. Only one fish was actually delicious. Most were just fine and one was not edible…! I returned it, since really, it was not possible to eat it, it was horrible. And still, I was charged for it.
