Property is in a convenient location. Otherwise, I’d say pretty much avoid. Rooms were fairly clean, but the hotel drastically needs updating. There are homeless people walking through the parking lot and around the outside of the parking lot. My kids were nervous. Parking is very limited and at night it’s almost impossible to find a parking spot.

Loved the hotel, staff, bed, and free breakfast!! The area around the hotel wasn't so great, but not terrible. There's also a lot of food that seem to have meetings there, so it's safe.theres usually electric scooters out front that you can take down the road to the river walk also. That was super convenient!

Decent hotel but felt kind of sketchy

This is a decent hotel but something about it feels slightly sketchy. Maybe better after remodeling is complete. Room was comfortable a staff are friendly. Immediate neighborhood not the best location for walking. I had hoped to be able to walk to dinner and explore the Riverwalk. This is not the best spot for that. Fine for an overnite business trip.
