Quick Stay

Well, unfortunately when we arrived all elevators were out of service. We used the stairs and were able to do so, but what about ADA? All hotels should have a plan B, C, D…. Whatever it takes to always be in compliance. We left for dinner and made sure we didn’t come back until th e elevators were fixed. There was a bit of construction throughout the hotel. The concierge desk had one person working at all times, but they always seemed swamped; perhaps two working would be best to elevate the line causing the automatic door to open and close over and over again. The room was comfy with comfy beds, etc. I’m not picky and the hotel met our needs. $50 for was steep.

Don’t stay if safety & service are important to u

This hotel was THE WORST!! We actually left after 2 hours of checking in because the elevators were not working, the front desk would not answer when calling the front desk, room service, or reservations. I took the stairs up to the 16th floor to see the food options as told by front desk and the sign said happy hour until 10pm but the door was closed. There were loud unruly people and I just felt very unsafe overall. I took my belongings and business elsewhere

My husband and I were disappointed with our stay. To start off, we were notified that a charged of $50 would be added to our bill for parking. The entire lobby was taped off with plastic tarps. It looked to be under construction. The check-in was quick and easy. There was only one working elevator for 16 floors. Every time we had to use the elevator, we had to wait 5 to 10 minutes. Although our room was very clean, there wasn’t enough lighting. The worse part was hearing all of the traffic noise all night. The building is right next to reheat freeway. The phone and a few lamps were unplugged and breakfast was $20 per person. We were told there was happy hour but when we went up to “the roof top” area, no one was there.
