Office was closed and check in had to be made at another near hotel wich I thought was inconvenient. Then I had to drive back to this location. The entrance light did not work. Other than the inconvenience of checking in some other place the room was clean, just be aware It will be impossible somehow to check in after 10pm as the office at the other building closes at 10.

Great value

This place is a gem in my opinion. It’s not a fancy place but we weren’t looking for luxury, so it’s fitting for me. It is well equipped, affordable and about a block from the beach! Great value. Will definitely stay again!

The room was incredibly small and the bed was very uncomfortable. To check in you have to drive about 15min across town to a different hotel. There were dirty towels in our room when we got there as well. Also their pet policy when I booked said 2 animals and didn’t show any additional price for having pets stay, but when we arrived for check in the lady said only 1 pet was allowed and that there was an additional charge. She let us stay with both our dogs after I showed her the booking info. There page has now been changed to 2 pets with an additional charge. Most likely will not stay there again unless I have to.

The pictures showed bath tubs, but we had only a shower. I don't have a tub at my house and this was supposed to be a nice treat, nope!

Good location but not much else

The place is small, no place to put clothes, just a cubby hole that sources as your desk and sole counter space. The bed takes up most of the room. No hangers, no iron, towels were this and small. The property did not have anyone onsite, you checked into another property and then drive to this one. The bathroom has no counter space and the shower is fine but the soap dispenser is not labeled, looked like dish soap and hairs left in the shower. We went and bought towels, hangers and soap. The only good thing is the location. It is close to the promenade, the shops and restaurants. But for the price I do t think it was worth it. Sometimes saving a few bucks is not the way to go.

Probably the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Very minimal. No hangers. Tiny towels. No place other than the bed to sit. Fairly clean appearing at least inside. Not sure what left those giant turds on the sidewalk out side the unit though.

Good location

Very nice room although the walls were a little thin. TV could not be turned on before 6:30 am and the volume was set so it couldn't be turned up above a certain volume. Check in was at another hotel 2 miles away as well.

Seaside is a fun place and we were within easy walking distance of the beach and shops. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that the layout was awkward. We had a double queen and it was a tight fit around the corner of the bed to get into the bathroom. I’m a small person. I do not think a large person could have made the squeeze. No outlets next to the bed so I had to charge my phone across the room after I moved the furniture far enough from the wall to get my plug in. The microwave and fridge were great but the only place to eat is on the beds. The bathroom was huge with a large sink and sprayer which was convenient for washing dishes. Towels were small, the only toiletries were in an unmarked dispenser in the shower. Both dispensers seemed to have the same substance and appeared to be shower gel. I felt bad because I had told my daughter with long hair to leave her shampoo/conditioner at home because there would be something at the motel. We were given one package of coffee for a 3 night stay but the cleaning staff were kind and helpful and gave us more which we ended up not needing because the local coffee shops are great. I recommend Controversial Coffee and Sea Star Gelato. After check-out, we left our car in the parking lot while we spent some more time at the beach and shops. When we returned, the cleaning staff had found an important personal item that my daughter had left in the room and put it on our car. That’s good service!

The room was small but perfectly pleasent for one person or two one big comfortable bed no chairs ect room to small for that but was nice i felt having to drive across town and figure out where other motel you have to go to for check in was odd then drive back across town to room but front desk lady was very pleasent check in was easy process i would go again little pain peeling in upper cornor but not big deal 😀

Don’t stay here

Check in was at another location so nobody was on property for any issues. Check in staff was rude. We left after 5 minutes in the room. The rooms were old and worn. It was very dirty The couch had stains on it. The neighborhood seemed unsafe.

City Center Suite

Unit 300 - I am a frequent business traveler that stays at this unit often. I was disappointed that the shower was redone to not include a shower head. Having a broken back, that was very helpful for me to shower and not be in pain. It was definitely a perk that made choosing this room easier. Also, the window on the south side of the unit leaked badly and there was a big puddle on the bedroom floor. Additionally, the exhaust fan in the bathroom still doesn't function. Fogs up like crazy in there.
