The ceilings leak water, walls are thin, it is extremely loud between the hours of 10pm to 2am, lots of movement, dogs barking constantly, and the rooms smell bad.

Beware, that is all.

Beware, this place, while it is definitely cheap, it shows. They also do homeless vouchers for night stays, so we had people in and out of rooms all night, talking, yelling, taking phone calls, dogs barking, it’s not exactly a relaxing stay. When we got there at 11pm the front desk girl took 15 min to come out and unlock the front door to check us in and the whole office smelled like weed. Wouldn’t stay again.

You can not find another property with such easy access to transportations. Close to I-5, light rail, buses and 405 junctions. Movie theater right across the street with a full bar. Every time I have business up in Seattle this is where I stay! Restaurants all in walking distance. Friendly staff. A

Booked two rooms. One room smelt like smoke for two days straight and the other had a broken heater unit, so while it was snowing outside there was no heating.

Better than expected!

Stayed here while house hunting about 3 weeks. Very affordable and they were more personable than typical hotel motel staff. It was nothing fancy but remodeled and exactly as advertised. Better price than other extended stays and seemed to include more!
