For the price we paid, we had to ask for fresh towels every day, the room was only cleaned after three night stay. When you stay that long with no cleaning products supplied, it is very hard to keep clean, ie, wiping the bench down when something is spilled. The staff who cleaned our room was wonderful and the 2 gentlemen concierges who worked down at the front, helping people with their luggage etc were so helpful and friendly. The dine in room service option was well below par, our meal was cold and we reported it so another came up and it was cold. The elevators are not air conditioned? No we would not recommend this hotel to our friends.

My room reservation was for a family of three. The room size is really not comfortable for three occupants. It is probably just OK for two. At the rate of over $240 per night it may be acceptable for its central location with easy access to MRT station and the nearby eateries.

The property is conveniently located to the MTR and also within walking distance to Clarke Quay, Merlion, Chinatown and Gardens by the Bay if you dont mind walking in the heat/humidity for at least 30 to 60 minutes

Overall property was good and comfortable. I think that towels should be cleaned each day due to them not drying when hanged out. Although this was an inconvenience, im sure if i had asked for fresh towels i would have recieved them. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Property was only 10 min walk from MRT and convenient for sight seeing.
