Room Assignment Issues: I specifically requested a room on the 9th floor but was denied upon check-in. To my surprise, I noticed that the guests behind me were given a room on the 9th floor. This inconsistency in room assignments felt unfair and unprofessional, leaving me frustrated. Service Concerns: The staff seemed overwhelmed and not particularly attentive. I encountered long wait times for assistance at the front desk, and when I did finally get someone to help, they were not very friendly or accommodating. It felt as though my concerns were brushed aside rather than addressed properly.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff was friendly, professional, which really made the experience even better. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was easily accessible. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Room was great, check in was super easy and for once an AC worked in a room. Only issue was bars closed super early, or was very warm in the lobby and the Louve music shoots be playing all day.. it’s MARGARITAVILLE

Overall a great place to stay in Tahoe. Proximity to everything and locations can’t be beat. However, the heater only heats the living room in the suites - the bed rooms stay very cold while the living room is toasty. Additionally the lack of black out curtain on the living room windows (he windows fading the interior of the building with the bright daylight fluorescent lighting that is on 24hrs - makes the living room impossible to use for sleeping and requires the bedroom door to stay closed for it to be dark, which compound the lack of heat circulation into the rooms. Other than that, great location just take those two thing into consideration if you plan to use the living room as extra sleeping space.
