When we arrived - our room did not appear to be cleaned - hair on the floor - food on the chairs and on the rug - they changed us to a clean room The pool was heavily chlorinated and smelled and the tables were dirty with the same spills through out few days at the hotel (appeared never cleaned) the beds were cozy - we enjoyed the restaurant attached to the hotel and how close it was to the heavenly area - unfortunately we will try another hotel next time in south lake

Clean, but not perfect

Hotel is clean and safe. It is near the casinos so you go there but then get away from the smoke since this hotel is on the California side. They do not provide irons or ironing boards. We called customer service to get one and a refill of the shower body wash and they never came so we had to use shampoo to clean ourselves.

The resort fee ($50) was not disclosed very well on Expedia. Also, it mentioned (optional) valet parking, yet it was required, so that was another fee ($40) that I was not expecting to pay. Place was nice, but not happy with the "hidden" fees!

Old property that was remodeled by new owner with added restaurants and cafe which served great coffee and snacks . But staff was the same , unfriendly and incompetent. Location is excellent and rooms are specious and very functional. The lobby and bar was chill !
