Arrived early as it was an extremely long drive and was extremely tired. There was a smell as soon as I walked in the lobby but decided to overlook it. After walking into a dirty room I couldn't just hop into bed. I found dirty holey sheets so I decided to sleep on top of the sheets. Started getting itchy so decided to do a thorough inspection. carpets were torn, silly string on the walls, an unknown black thing appeared on my cooler. The smell of weed was starting to overcome the halls. Bathroom toilet didn't flush without holding the handle down. Etc, etc ,etc. went to the front desk to let them know I couldn't stay their and they said they still had to charge me for 1 night until their inspection was complete. I said fine and left. Same day 2 charges for the same exact amount appear on my account. Front desk clerk claims 1 is a pre-authorization and the other is a charge and argues that I wasn't double charged. A pre-authorization is a hold on those funds so yes it is a charge. Fine she said one day it would release back. Keep in mind this all happened on a Tuesday morning. Here we are on Friday and the pre-authorization has finally dropped, The follow up call that I was promised still hasn't come. No resolution from the hotel. Will follow up once I get a call from this place.

This property was dirty, the pillows were dirty and smelly. Only one towel for 2 people and very old. Dirty walls and torn carpets. Smoke and Marijuana smell everywhere.

This was a beautiful place, and the concierge was extremely helpful with the parking, which was in an open lot 2 blocks away. The room was right next to Lafayette Square and its was easy to get to the French Quarter from there.

Dont do it

My stay was not what i thought it would be. 2yrs it was perfect. This last visit. I didnt see any quality in the hotel. I can tell its under new ownership. Dirty elevator. The hallway smelled like smoke when is a non smoking hotel. To get new and clean towels Id have to bring my used towels to the lobby to get washed. I was highly upset with the poor condition that this hotel is in. The best part about the hotel was the checkout lady. I we remembered each other from my 1st. She super nice and professional. But still. That will be the last stay there.

The hotel was being renovated at the time of our stay, lots of rooms unavailable due to this reason, but good area, easy to get to off the main road we traveled. Variety of a breakfast also. Will use Quality Inn again

We checked out early for multiple reasons. The room was disgusting, with dirty/stained sheets, cigarette burns, and more. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana, throughout the lobby, halls, and rooms. In the morning we saw that three cars in the parking lot had been broken into during the night, and one car was reportedly stolen from the parking lot.

This hotel is bad for the Florissant area. I left 40 min after arriving and had been switched to 2 rooms and after the 3rd room where I acknowledged roaches and stained sheets again. I was over the stay. Got deposit back and canceled my booking and got money refunded.
