Gulf-View Oasis on Clearwater Beach – Perfect for Your Extended Getaway

Escape to the sunny shores of Clearwater Beach in this stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. With approximately 1,186 square feet of space, this inviting condo is perfect for a relaxing extended stay.

The spacious living area features a comfortable leather sectional and matching love seat facing a 40' flat-screen TV with DVD and VCR, set on cool tiled flooring. Step out onto the private balcony, which has a bistro table and two chairs, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink while watching the sunset.

The condo sleeps up to five guests. The master suite includes a queen bed, plenty of storage with matching end tables and dresser, and a small work station for those who need to catch up on work. The master bathroom offers a walk-in shower and pedestal sink.

The guest bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed, along with a flat-screen TV and closet space. A full guest bathroom is conveniently located across the hall and features a tub/shower combination.

The modern kitchen is equipped with contemporary appliances and stylish glass-front cabinets, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area seats four at a glass-top table with upholstered chairs on tiled floors.

Outside, the resort-style pool and spacious sundeck create a true vacation feel. There are plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing, a Tiki hut for shaded seating, and shuffleboard courts for a bit of fun. The pool area is meticulously maintained and perfect for relaxing or socializing.

Nice area right on the water and close to all the restaurants all the restaurants

My experience was good renting this property, my only beef was I had to get the key about a half a mile from the property which I thought would be much easier they had someone meet you at the property when you arrive or arrange to meet you.
