Location was great for me. Liked the option of not needing room service every day. As a solo traveler my didn't need cleaning every day. Breakfast buffet was very good. The lack of elevators was frustrating. Would have liked the option of making tea/coffee in my room. Overall I would stay again.

It was comfortable and clean with sufficient amenities. One of the best things was the convenient location; the light rail and train station were just a 5 min walk away. The added Expedia VIP bonus breakfast buffet had great options too.

Comfortable convenience!

A quick trip to Sydney for a medical appointment. I appreciated the beautifully comfortable bed, quiet room and the convenience of dinner and a drink onsite. Parking included with my stay made me very happy!

We arrived from the cruise port over 3 hrs ahead of 2pm check in but was told a room was ready and no extra charge. The location was a 5 minute walk to all public transportation. Buffet Breakfast was good but found the price high.

Our designated room was a bit of a letdown this time. The TV was not working and the room had not been cleaned properly, there was a bobby pin on the floor and some other debris along with the dust on the horizontal surfaces. We were moved to another room with no fuss, so the service was excellent.
