The staff were very helpful and nice. The whole place needs a lot of maintenance include the front entrance which gives an unclean vibe and as soon as you walk into the lobby it smells like a public toilet as they have some smelly things on the Air con unit, for the price they need to do better. Quite run down when you start looking.

The room was clean. The bed was on its last legs and made for a very uncomfortable sleep. The fridge in the room froze our toddlers milk and breakfast more than once despite notifying staff. The lack of microwave in the room meant we had to go to the reception to warm a bottle and defrost breakfast, which was frustrating but the staff were very friendly and happy to help.

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but I feel I should mention a few things. The area was nice and quiet, and parking was convenient. However, the room could have been cleaner—there was mould on the shower tiles (which I could wipe off), the bathroom drain had hair, and the blanket was old and stained.
