Great location if you are looking to be in the heart of the action. Rooms are small but functional. Buffet breakfast is great. Bring your own pillow or buy a cheap one from IKEA once you get there as the pillows are awful

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Gracery during our recent trip to Tokyo. The service was excellent. The rooms were rather spacious and modern. The thing we liked most was the location. This hotel was in the center of it all. Waking distance to everything. The two things I did not like were the terrace to see Godzilla head was closed. I also didn’t like that there was no American television to watch during my stay.

Friendly staff, good room kept clean (every three days but can also be requested before this) new towels each day. Lobby bar is fun but very expensive. Washer dryer in laundry not really up to the task. Breakfast was great.

Hotel Gracery is my go to hotel in Tokyo. During my last 3 trips from Canada, its location convenience, the choices of restaurants in surrounding areas, made my trips went smoothly. The taxi stands in front of the hotel, and laundry room, certainly are bonuses for this hotel.
