The rooms are a bit dated and small but sizewise, it was expected. The central location makes up for any shortcomings. The hotel staff and customer service was excellent.

The hotel was a bit hard to find as a first time visitor to Tokyo but once we checked in the appeal of this hotel started to show with it's prime location in the heart of Shibuya. Other than that the rooms were spacious, check in/out was a breeze. To make things easy the airport bus starts/stops at this hotel. Plenty of food options around and tons of things to do. Lovely experience, would recommend!

It's not that the staff weren't helpful, when they were available. But there were times when they just weren't there, like early in the morning when one is looking for coffee and there is none to be found. Or in the evening if you are looking for a recommendation for dinner. It was just a strangely cold, transactional hotel compared to the others we stayed in during our trip to Japan. Living up to its place as a train station hotel, I guess. That said the location is terrific and the views of Shibuya Crossing were fun.

Fantastic location and service!

Perfect location with access to many lines right at Shibuya station. Great views from higher floors. Impeccable service, friendly and efficoent. Many food options nearby. Really enjoyed my stay here, would do it again!
