The hotel is in an incredibly convenient location, right in the heart of Shibuya, close to the station, shopping, and the Shibuya crossing. Despite being in the middle of everything, the room was surprisingly spacious for Tokyo standards and very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Also loved the amenities, everything we needed was provided. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable, and hassle-free Tokyo stay! 💖🇯🇵✨

We only stayed one night at Shibuya Excel, we had a corner scramble crossing view twin room on the 14th floor, the views and location were excellent, our room was very spacious and clean. I’ve not given it a five star simply because it was probably one of the noisiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, it was if there was no glass in the windows, noisy cars/motorbikes, sirens and construction noise which sounded like a hammer drill going all night. It is a lovely hotel but I recommend you take earplugs.

Property had excellent view of Shibuya Scramble and other tourist areas. The rooms were a. It dated for how expensive it was.the staff was very helpful and friendly. It’s conveniently located near the train station and also has a bus that you can book to Narita airport - and the price was reasonable. This made it easy to get to the airport without carting your luggage through the train station.

Room was great. Breakfast nice. Appreciate that take away box for breakfast was prepared for mornings we left early. Surprised that they couldn't get a cab for 4 people with luggage. Took 12 seconds to find a cab on the street. Front desk unable to make recommnedations - language barrier and more. French restaurant - stay away, service very bad.

This is a beautiful hotel in the middle of Shibuya - the famous crossing can be seen from the elevator tower. It’s on top of the station mall that houses multiple boutique dining options, shops and desserts, 7-Eleven just a half a block away. There is a wonderful buffet at the top of the restaurant that includes private dining rooms with a vast view of Tokyo. The restaurant below doesn’t serve food until 10 or 11 am but we learned by accident, that there is a secret Starbucks on the 3rd floor. The rooms are spacious and fit 3 of us comfortably. The hotel provided as much bottled water as we were willing to take - something so necessary here. I also used their fitness center which is very small and if more than 3 people enter it’s crowded. Fitness Center opens at 6 am. The train station is very large and confusing in this area but it’s been under reconstruction which was working against us. The famed Hachiko Inu bronze statue is just across the street at the Midori entrance so that was a must. The people in this busy area are focused on getting to and from work - so when we needed help the hotel staff were the best. If your up for a very crowded pocket of Tokyo I would highly recommend this location.
