The overall value is superb, especially for a hotel in such a prime location within the Yamanote Line. I’ll definitely return. My only complaint is the disappointing fitness gym, which fell short of the standards the rest of the hotel seems to aim for. To start, no towels were provided in the facility, so I had to return to my room to get one. There was no treadmill—only spin bikes and cross-trainers—and no dumbbells or kettlebells. The rest of the equipment was too limited for a proper workout. Worst of all, they charged an extra fee for two hours of access to this nearly useless gym. I hope they improve this area, as I’d love to become a regular guest.

Good location and well connected spot. The standard rooms are dated and quite dusty. Access to the gym and pool (which was closed) wasn't included in the price which is a new one for me. The water temp was also all over the place. I had it on cool and it went really hot when I was washing my baby which I am not happy about. Overall it was just dated in approach to kids as well - no extra towels even though they were on the booking. This is our 5th hotel in Japan so comparing to those.

Overall a comfortable stay. Check in a little choppy having to use machine and scan each passport (not a fan of that). Went to The Artist’s Cafe for a view of the City. Overpriced and double-charged for table. Will come back to hotel, skip cafe.

Room was good size and clean. Buffet was excellent. Staff was extremely attentive, helpful and polite. Had a wonderful time. Only issue outside of hotel, it does get very crowded and busy during events. It's to be expected. We would not mind staying again.

Slow checkin not sure why, lovely clean room with view and the room was very spacious for Tokyo. Plenty of restaurants strong and very convenient location for access to train.
