The staff were too busy talking amongst himself that even when I made a request and they said they would do it, they never did do it. I asked him for some coffee to be brought up to our room and they said someone will be up right away and no one ever bothered showing up with the coffee. The beds were terrible. They were so uncomfortable and the pillows were worse for the price of the hotel. I would have thought that the beds and the pillows and the service would been a lot better
