Great hotel amazing service

Lovely hotel and amazing service. The bell man actually greeted me by name..impressive. although the prices are a.little insane, its worth it. One thing, they could add a few more garbage bins in tbe rooms and a small microwave would go a long long long way. Also the fridge was very noisy and placed in the sleeping area..definitely needs to be moved. Otherwise, everything else was great.

The King Edward is top-notch. I used to stay at another hotel directly across from Union Station. But never again. The King Edward is too good. The staff is unpretentious, knowledgeable, friendly and, in a word, outstanding.

Our stay wasn’t the best. The heater when it started up in the night was very noisy and kept waking us up. Finally at 4 am we shut it off. So it was a cool sleep. We understand these things happen. But when checking out they asked how our stay was, so we said it wasn’t the best due to the noisy heater. The front desk person basically just said we should have called them in the middle of the night to change rooms. Not apologetic at all. He gave us a couple free coffee coupons. So not so professional

Little things make a big difference

Front desk was as welcoming as ever. I enjoyed the ice tea while checking in. It is the little things that set Omni King Edward apart. The gym is a definite bonus and the food in the restaurant outstanding. I have stayed here a few times before and will continue to return. I felt rested after one day!

The environment is lovely, the staff are personable with wonderful communication skills and make you feel welcome. It had a high energy feeling. The food was delicious. We were guests at a wedding held at the hotel which exceeded in service and quality of food. I will definitely go back to the hotel. It truly felt like a well needed getaway for us.
