Great location! We were able to walk everywhere from this hotel, but the subway is about a 10-15 minute walk. Great restaurants and shops within 10 minute walk. Would highly recommend this hotel! The staff were very friendly and were willing to help us with anything we needed.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the efficiency of the online check-in/check-out process. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and helpful, even when I left this morning and was not able to buy postcard stamps. I paid them for the stamps and the gentleman was going to get them for me and mail the postcards. The hotel is centrally located, I walked to every site and restaurant. When I go back to Vienna, I know exactly where I’ll be staying.

Beautiful room with perfect layout, staff was very helpful from the moment we checked in. Great location, perfect for walking to sites. Exceptionally clean and quiet throughout.
