Location. Location. Location. Rooms were clean. There are stairs and an elevator. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and meat, lots of breads and pastries, cold cuts with cheeses, espresso drinks and juices. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was great. Breakfast was very good. The location of hotel was convenient. The staff was very friendly and nice. The only thing they should work on it, put some shelves & hooks in the bathroom for toiletries and towels.

Excellent hotel with old world charm

This was our favorite hotel in all ways this trip to Europe, from the helpful front desk who offered a tourist map and suggestions w/o being asked, the large and comfortable room with beautiful antique furniture, quiet but very central location, and most excellent breakfast. I don't know how it is not rated higher. I only wish we had stayed here our first 5 days in Vienna instead of only our last. The pictures don't do it justice. This is a superior place to stay in all ways. It is right in the heart of Vienna, but on a quiet side street.
